Youth Hockey Sticks

Youth hockey sticks for younger and smaller players who are just learning to shoot! The most important thing at this age is a stick that is light and soft enough to bend. Our AH26 Junior in 30 flex is $139 and comes lefty or righty in AH28, AH92 or AH86. We also have the All Hockey Mini Stick for $20 for knee hockey in the basement!

Sizing and flex help

The 30 flex fits players about 60 lbs and under and is 52 inches from the floor to the top. Shorter is better for little ones. Read how to measure stick length and my flex guide so your kid can actually lift the puck.

How long should a youth stick be?

It depends on height and how they play. The sizing guide has the details.

Lefty or righty?

Have your kid hold a broom like a stick. The hand that goes on the bottom usually tells you. Still not sure? Come try both in Irving!

What curves do you have?

Every stock stick comes in our AH28, a P28 style curve, our AH92, a P92 style curve, and the AH86, my own new curve. All of them come lefty or righty, in black or white. Read my thoughts on curves if you are stuck between two!
