Effective Date: November 1, 2026
Location: All Hockey Shooting Center, Irving, Texas

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge risks including being struck by pucks, slipping, or injury from physical activity.

2. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

You release All Hockey Sticks LLC, Bailey Conger, staff, and affiliates from liability.

3. USE OF FACILITY

Follow rules at all times. Proper equipment is required: stick, gloves, and water. No reckless behavior. Violations may result in removal.

4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Sessions must be booked/paid. Payments are non-refundable unless stated.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

24-hour notice required. Late cancellations may lose session.

6. LESSONS & COACHING

Results not guaranteed. Follow coach instruction.

7. EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY

Not responsible for lost/damaged items. Damage may be charged.

8. MINORS

Parent/guardian must sign. They assume responsibility.

9. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

You consent to media use unless opting out in writing.

10. HEALTH & SAFETY

Do not participate if injured/sick. Report injuries immediately.

11. CODE OF CONDUCT

Respect others. No abusive behavior.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Terms may be updated at any time.

13. AGREEMENT

By entering, you agree to these terms.
